Scope of Services
Our company provides professional administrative and procedural assistance for visa applications to France. The service consists of guidance, document review, application preparation, and submission support in accordance with applicable administrative requirements. Our services do not constitute a government function, and no authority or decision-making power is exercised over the outcome of the application.
Service Delivery
All services are provided remotely. Communication is conducted primarily by email, with optional video consultations available upon request. The scope and progression of the service depend on the information and documents provided by the client and on the applicable administrative procedures at the time of submission.
Fees and Payment Structure
Service fees are determined according to the advancement of the application and are payable in stages. Each payment corresponds to a specific phase of work initiated upon receipt of payment. The total cost of the complete service is €790, including applicable taxes and mandatory administrative charges.
Payment Commitment
Any payment made confirms the client’s intention to engage the corresponding service phase. Upon payment, the related services are initiated and allocated resources are assigned. Fees paid reflect work performed and access to professional assistance made available to the client.
Eligibility Review and Application Preparation
As part of the service, an initial review of the client’s situation and documentation may be conducted in order to assess procedural consistency with administrative requirements. This review does not constitute a prediction or assurance regarding the final outcome of the application.
Application Submission and Outcome
Applications are prepared and submitted in accordance with the applicable rules and procedures. The assessment, processing, and final determination of the application remain under the exclusive authority of the competent governmental bodies. Any outcome, including approval, refusal, processing delays, or additional requests, falls outside the scope of our control.
Client Responsibilities
The client is responsible for providing complete, accurate, and truthful information and for submitting authentic documents. The progression of the service may be affected by delays or omissions attributable to the client.
Service Continuity and Adjustments
Administrative requirements, procedures, or timelines may change at any time. Our services are adapted accordingly; however, such changes do not affect the validity of services already rendered.
Limitation of Liability
Our responsibility is limited to the proper performance of the agreed services. We shall not be held responsible for decisions, actions, or omissions of governmental authorities, nor for outcomes resulting from circumstances beyond our reasonable control.
Confidentiality and Data Use
All information and documents provided are treated as confidential and used solely for the purpose of delivering the services. Appropriate measures are taken to protect personal data in accordance with applicable regulations.
Governing Law
These Conditions of Service are governed by French law. Any dispute arising from their interpretation or execution shall fall within the jurisdiction of the competent courts.
Acceptance of Conditions
By submitting a request, making a payment, or using the services, the client acknowledges having read, understood, and accepted these Conditions of Service in their entirety.
